From readiness to research
Start with the team, instrumentation, and research purpose. Define the workflow before introducing it into routine research operations.
Discuss your research goals, laboratory personnel, and flow-cytometry capability.
Plan the research workflow, test-specific reagents, and team training.
Evaluate the method under your laboratory’s research procedures and quality controls.
Prepare research specimens and acquire flow-cytometry data in your laboratory.
Review acquired data with SDF-Index for DFI/HDS analysis and research reporting.
Appropriate flow-cytometry capability and qualified laboratory personnel are required.
Technical evidence
Technical-stability testing followed 70 independently pipetted tests from 26 specimens. At 60 minutes after staining, the following results were observed relative to the 2.5-minute origin.
DFI drift and category discordance increased at later timepoints. These are technical observations under the evaluated conditions; they do not establish diagnostic performance or patient outcomes.
